Goldenrod
Goldenrod is often mistakenly blamed for causing allergies, since it
blooms at the same time as the true culprit, Ragweed. Goldenrod is an
effective remedy for suppressing an overproduction of mucus. It has

saponins, flavonoids & tannins.
Garlic
